The portrait on your Custom Pet Portrait Hoodie is created from the photo you send us, so a good photo makes a good portrait. Any phone photo works. These tips make it better.
5 quick tips
- Face the camera. Your pet looking at or near the camera works best. Eyes and nose should be easy to see.
- Use natural light. Near a window or outdoors in daylight. Avoid flash, which makes eyes glow.
- Get down to their level. Take the photo at eye height, not from above.
- Keep the whole face in the frame. Ears and chin should not be cut off. A little extra space around the head is fine.
- Keep it sharp. Hold still or tap the screen to focus on the face. Skip heavy filters and zoom.
What to avoid
- Dark or blurry photos
- Face hidden behind a toy, bowl or another pet
- Group photos where your pet is tiny
What to send
Your pet's photo, their name (up to 14 letters, printed on the back) and the portrait style you want: Christmas Santa hat, Royal portrait, Starry Night, Pearl Earring or Pencil sketch.
