Shipping policy

Every item is made to order just for you by our print partner, so there is a short production step before shipping. Production usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on the item and where it is going, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Mugs shipped to Canada can take noticeably longer than shirts and hoodies, so please check the estimate at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships; tracking can take a day or two to update. We ship to Canada and the United States. Customs, duties and taxes may apply to your order. If your order has not arrived by the delivery estimate shown at checkout, email passtimegoods@gmail.com and we will look into it right away. If it is still missing 10 business days after that estimate, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Please check your shipping address carefully, because we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
