Refund policy

Made to order, just for you. Every Passtime Goods item is printed after you order it, so we can't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour. Please check the size chart in the product photos before ordering (for an oversized look, size up 1-2 sizes).

Damaged, defective or misprinted? Email passtimegoods@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund of the item if a replacement isn't possible. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost or late orders are covered under our shipping policy.

Refunds, when approved, go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If something isn't right, please contact us before filing a chargeback; we resolve issues quickly.
